Documentation during the Move IN process is the key to resolving disputes at Move OUT.

We conduct a thorough inspection, including hundreds photographs, video and written notes. That inspection is then given to the tenant to sign off on at move in, agreeing to the condition. When a tenant brings up a dispute we have the evidence to resolve it with them prior to it getting escalated any further.

When tenants move out they are NOT required to return the home to move in condition.  By law, tenants are responsible for wear and tear above what the law defines as normal wear and tear.  This grey area is where relying on our experience makes all the difference.  Routine maintenance including touch up paint, light general cleaning, tree trimming, re-keying the property are some costs you may incur while preparing the home between tenants.
